Nuri Burgos

Nuri was a nurse going into covid and wanted to change careers after staying home with her daughter. She started here, worked her way up, and has had huge personal and professional growth. She has a great student mentality and always pushes herself to learn new things and finds ways to overcome any challenge put in front of her. Nuri is talking about her new goals daily and is working on hitting her goals in all aspects of running her company.

Angel

Angel’s passion for his quality of work stems from his family’s devotion, committed to helping his mother and father live better lives he started off in grocery stores and warehouses before joining our team. With his dreams and aspirations in check he works daily to grow within our company, a humble, competitive, but dedicated team member still leads from the front.

Yatziri

Yatziri joined our team a little over a month of relocating to Bakersfield, and says it has been the best decision she has made so far. Her ambition is to open up her own clinic for Sports Medicine. Being away from her family has been a difficult adjustment, everything she does is for her family as well. Through her experiences, she has been able to help others facing similar struggles, demonstrating that success is entirely possible. One of her goals is to teach and develop people to become better than great. “This job isn’t just a job; it’s a career in the making”

Steven

Steven has been in and out of sales-focused roles for the majority of his adult life. This experience has led him to outgrow corporate-based mentalities and to seek opportunities for both personal and professional growth. He strives every day to be his own successor and to improve upon his past achievements.

Julian

After gaining experience with short-term positions, Julian understood the importance of aligning himself with a growing company to achieve his long-term goal of providing for his family. While he has always enjoyed sports, he realized that his true passion is helping others. With an outgoing attitude, he is able to bring energy and creativity to any team. Over time, he has excelled in sales—a career path he hadn’t initially envisioned for himself. Moving forward, his goal is to continue growing professionally while building a lasting legacy for his family.

Eric

Since joining the team, Eric has quickly absorbed insights from new mentors, while also applying valuable lessons learned from his military experience. Eric demonstrated resilience during the pandemic by joining the Marines to gain valuable law enforcement experience. He holds himself to high standards, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth, while also maintaining an engaging and positive atmosphere. Looking ahead, he is focused on growing as a mentor and building his own personal telecommunications firm. His ultimate goal is to help his team members become the best versions of themselves, equipping them to succeed in any environment.

Anthony

From a young age, Anthony was responsible for supporting his child through work in warehouses, where he faced stagnant wages. Inspired by his parent’s work ethic, he focused on advancing to higher-paying positions while prioritizing the well-being of his family. His initial mindset centered around providing for his children, but now, Anthony is determined to build a fulfilling career that brings both personal and professional satisfaction. Leveraging his strong people skills and a consistently positive attitude, he has been excelling in sales and remains committed to both his growth and the future of his family.

Johan

Johan has always aspired to become an astronaut since childhood. While he has yet to reach space, his passion for reaching for the stars remains unwavering. He approaches every challenge with determination, viewing each one as an opportunity to grow. Raised in a family of business owners, Johan understands the value of hard work and the commitment required to go the extra mile. His previous experience as an Insurance Agent honed his people skills and taught him how to maintain composure in any situation. Today, Johan is dedicated to guiding those who are just beginning their journey, inspiring them to embrace challenges.
