Nuri was a nurse going into the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to change careers after staying home with her daughter. She started here, worked her way up, and has had massive personal and professional growth. She has a great student mentality and pushes herself to learn new things, finding ways to overcome any challenges that come her way. Nuri discusses her new goals daily and is working on achieving her goals in all aspects of running her company.
Yatziri joined our team over a month after relocating to Bakersfield, and says it has been the best decision she has made so far. Her ambition is to open her own clinic for Sports Medicine. Being away from her family has been a difficult adjustment; everything she does is for her family as well. Through her experiences, she has been able to help others facing similar struggles, demonstrating that success is entirely possible. One of her goals is to teach and develop people to become better than great. “This job isn’t just a job; it’s a career in the making.”
Since joining the team, Eric has quickly absorbed insights from new mentors, while also applying valuable lessons learned from his military experience. Eric demonstrated resilience during the pandemic by joining the Marines to gain valuable law enforcement experience. He holds himself to high standards, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth, while also maintaining an engaging and positive atmosphere. Looking ahead, he is focused on growing as a mentor and building his own personal telecommunications firm. His ultimate goal is to help his team members become the best versions of themselves.
